Using GenAI for Mindfulness and Focus
Sometimes you need more than flashcards—you need a pause. GenAI can suggest breathing techniques, journal prompts, or even create playlists for focus or relaxation.
Scenario
You’re feeling anxious before presenting in class. You ask your AI tool: “Give me a 2-minute grounding exercise.” It replies with: “Put both feet on the ground. Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4…” Suddenly, you feel centered. You still present with a shaky voice, but hey, you did it—and you didn’t pass out.
